"Clear pricing, just more than I expected"
We had someone come out last week to give us a quote, the rep did a good job walking us through everything. They showed the window prices, the labor, the different options, and wait, I should say, none of it felt hidden or like they were trying to sneak something in later.
The only reason I’d say 4 stars instead of 5 is that the final price was still higher than I was expecting. The discounts were also a little confusing at first, but when I stopped and asked about them, they did explain it clearly

"Scheduling was a bit frustrating, but not terrible"
Their scheduling was kind of hit or miss for me. They showed up late, which was annoying, but I also have to admit they handled the reschedule smoothly. So I wasn’t thrilled with the timing, but it wasn’t a complete disaster either.

"Sales visit was okay, but felt pushy"
The rep was actually nice and friendly at first, so I didn’t mind the visit. But it started feeling way too pushy after a while, and the quote was much higher than I expected. I get that they’re trying to make a sale, but it was a little uncomfortable. Not the worst experience ever, but yeah, I wasn’t thrilled.

"The windows didn’t look bad at all..."
The windows didn’t look bad at all once they showed up, but the custom fit wasn’t quite right. It ended up delaying the install, which wasn’t no small annoyance. Overall, they look good, but the whole fit issue made the experience more frustrating than I expected.

"Nice windows, but pricey"
So... the windows do look really nice, and the installation went smoothly, which I appreciated. But the price felt high for what we ended up getting. I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, just not totally convinced the value matched the cost.
"Decent Work, But I Wish the Communication Was Better"
The project turned out fine in the end, so no major complaints there, but the communication was hit or miss. Some days I’d get an update, other times I had no idea what was happening, like whether they were waiting on materials, running behind, finishing up a certain part, or even planning to show up that day. I ended up calling a few times just to check in and get basic info. The actual work was okay, but a quick text, phone call, email, or even a simple “we’ll be back tomorrow” would’ve made the whole thing a lot less stressful.

"Professional installers, just a bit slow"
The installers showed up on time and were pleasant enough to deal with, which I appreciated. They explained what they were doing, kept the area clean, and answered my questions without making me feel like I was bothering them.
I’m giving 4 stars because the job did take longer than we were originally expecting, which was a little frustrating, honestly. That said, they handled it professionally and the crew was solid overall, so I’d be fine having them back again.

"Warranty wasn’t as helpful as I expected!!!"
The windows themselves look totally fine, so I don’t really have a big complaint there!!! But the warranty side of things has been way more frustrating than I expected!!!
I thought a lot more would be covered, but once we actually had an issue, it felt like there was always some reason it didn’t qualify!!! We went back and forth a bunch, and the answers weren’t super clear, which just made the whole thing more annoying!!!
For what we paid, I really thought the support after install would be better!!! I’m not saying the windows are awful or anything, but the warranty definitely didn’t give me the peace of mind I thought I was getting!!!

"Really nice update from the street"
The new windows made the front of our house look so much cleaner. It feels a lot more updated now, and the trim actually matches better than I thought it would. Umm, the darker color took a little getting used to at first, but overall the curb appeal is definitely much better.
"I was hoping for better energy savings"
The windows look nice enough, and I don’t regret wanting to upgrade because I really thought it would help with the drafts and high energy bills. That was kind of the whole reason I spent the money in the first place. Installation went fine, but i haven’t noticed much of a difference. The house still feels drafty at times, and my bill hasn’t changed enough for me to feel like it was worth the price. Maybe I was expecting too much, but for what these cost, I think it’s fair to be disappointed.

"Financing just didn’t work for me"
The financing wasn’t really doing it for me. It ended up being way more expensive than I was hoping for, so I had to pass, unfortunately.

"Wish I had read the reviews first"
I regret not reading the reviews before hiring them. The install crew was sloppy, and now the trim looks uneven in several spots. It’s frustrating because it’s the kind of thing you notice every time you look at it.

"My house they left all dusty"
After the install, my house was left a dusty mess, honestly. There was trash around and nails everywhere, which I really didn’t expect to be dealing with after they finished.

"Took forever to get done"
The install ended up taking way longer than what they originally told us. The dates kept getting pushed back, and I was the one having to call just to find out what was going on... which got old fast. The windows are finally finished and they look fine, but the whole timing and communication side was just... really frustrating.

"Sizing Was Totally Off"
I measured everything carefully, but the measurements ended up being way off. Nothing matched up the way it should have, so that was frustrating. Just didn’t work.

"Customer service took a while to get back to me"
I reached out with what felt like a simple question, but it took a few days to hear back. It wasn’t a huge issue in the end, but it did remind me how much a quick response can shape the whole experience. A little more timely communication would have made me feel a lot more taken care of.
"Post-install support has been a letdown"
The windows themselves look fine, so no complaints there. The frustrating part has been trying to get help after the install. I’ve called a few times and either got bounced around or told someone would get back to me, but I’m still waiting on a small issue to be fixed. It started to feel like once the job was done, the problem was mine to chase. For what I paid, I expected way better follow-up and support...

"Not bad, but I still hear the trucks"
I had these new windows put in mainly because the street noise was getting on my nerves. I can’t remember exactly how loud it used to be, but I do notice it’s a bit calmer now, especially with regular cars going by. That said, the bigger trucks still rumble through more than I was hoping. So yeah, they helped some, just not quite as much as I had pictured

"Nice windows overall, but had a small issue"
The windows look really good and feel solid overall. I was happy with them at first, but after a few weeks one of the screens came loose, which was a little frustrating. It’s not a huge deal or anything, I just expected everything to hold up better considering the price.
